WHO WE ARE
Flicker and Flame Photography was born when we finally realized we had already met.
In late 2021, we reconnected when Tatiana joined the staff at the public school where Nesrin was starting her third year of teaching. What started as a friendly work connection quickly turned into a real friendship—until we realized we’d actually crossed paths years before. We went to the same middle school, shared a lot of the same friends, and somehow never officially met. Turns out our story had been quietly overlapping long before we knew it.
Between wedding planning, juggling multiple jobs, motherhood, and way too many episodes of Supernatural, our friendship grew naturally. With a shared love for art, crafting, thoughtful details, and all things a little spooky, combining our creativity just made sense. One joint photoshoot later, Flicker and Flame Photography was born.
For us, photography is about holding onto moments that pass too quickly—the small glances, the quiet connection, the feelings you don’t always notice until they’re gone. We want your photos to feel like memories, not forced poses.
